iWitness provides individual and group supervision toward clinical licensure for LGSW, LICSW, LGPC and LPC clinicians licensed in Washington, DC.

Rachel's approach to clinical supervision focuses on helping providers illuminate their strengths, develop their blind spots and combine theory and practice in a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment. She draws on trauma-informed approaches and is particularly interested in identifying and managing vicarious trauma, which she believes is critical to helping clinicians sustain themselves in long-term clinical work.
